This Kanchenjunga Base camp and circuit trek will take you to the least frequented base camp of the world’s third highest mountain, where the essence of the mountains remains unspoiled, locals treat you like a guest rather than a client, and the rhythm of life remains undisturbed. You will visit two base camps: the North (Pangpema at 5,143 meters) and the South (Oktang at 4,730 meters), while crossing major passes in order from Ghunsa to Tseram: Sele La (4,480 meters). If you seek a remote, untouched, and pristine adventure that is both wild and majestic, and away from the crowds, this trek is perfect for you.

Includes

1. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

: Airport - Hotel transfers – Airport (Pick Up and Drop) by Tourist vehicle.

2. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION IN KATHMANDU

3-night stay at a 5-star hotel in Kathmandu with single-room occupancy on a bed and breakfast plan.

3. WELCOME DINNER

One welcome dinner in a tourist standard restaurant in KATHMANDU with Office Staff

4. PERMIT

All necessary paperwork: Kanchenjunga Conservation Area (KCAP) permit, TIMS card, and entry fees

5. INSURANCE

Medical & Emergency rescue Insurance for all involved Nepalese staff during the trek.

6. DUFFEL BAG

120L 14 Peaks duffle bag that includes caps and a neck warmer.

7. MEMBER TRANSPORTATION & LUGGAGE

- Air transportation: (Domestic Flight) Kathmandu – to Bhadrapur and back to Kathmandu, as per itinerary. Land Transportation: Drive by private/tourist vehicle/Jeep: Bhadrapur to Taplejung and while returning Yamphudin to Bharatpur. Members are allowed 15 kg of personal baggage for the trek, carried by (porters or yaks).

8. FOOD/ LODGING/ HYDRATION

Included are three daily meals (B/L/D) and lodging at hotels/lodges with hot/cold water available at every stop for your hydration.

9. GUIDE & PORTER

One porter for a trekking member to ensures smooth luggage handling, carry essential items during the trek (tent, sleeping bag, dry food, warm clothes etc), accompanied by a licensed English-speaking guide for both the trek and Kathmandu Valley sightseeing.

10. STAFF SALARY AND ALLOWANCE

All Nepalese staff & porters’ daily wages, salary, equipment, foods & clothing.

11. VALLEY SIGHT SEEING

Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley [Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhu (Monkey temple), and Boudhanath Stupa] by a professional guide.

12. MEDICAL KIT

Comprehensive Medical kit for members and staff carried by Staff.

International flight airfare (from and to Kathmandu)

2. NEPAL ENTRY VISA FEE

Nepalese Visa fee is $50 USD for 30 Days

3. LUNCH & DINNER

Lunch & dinner during the stay in Kathmandu (also in case of early return from Trekking / Expedition than the scheduled itinerary).

4. EXTRA NIGHT IN KATHMANDU & POKHARA

Extra nights’ accommodation in Kathmandu. In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking /Expedition, or domestic flight cancellation (due to any other reason) than the scheduled itinerary.

5. INSURANCE POLICY

Insurance covering both medical and high-altitude evacuation costs (In case of trip cancellation, interruption, high-altitude rescue & air evacuation, medical treatment, repatriation, etc.) ** Mandatory (Send us a copy of your insurance policy - before your arrival.)

6. PERSONAL EXPENSES

Telephone Calls, Internet, Toiletries, battery recharge, hot shower, laundry, soft drinks, beers, and any Alcoholic beverages (during the trek and in Kathmandu but we will have soft drinks for members at base camp).
